Production Lead & Project Manager

As production lead for this award-winning art agency, I managed end-to-end logistics for large-scale public art installations and placemaking initiatives. My responsibilities spanned artist liaison, budget management, permitting, vendor coordination, and on-site installation oversight. I worked with leading contemporary artists and cultural institutions to translate ambitious creative visions into public works.
Sapura
An art-led brand identity project for Sapura, a contemporary cannabis dispensary. Justkids partnered with Brazilian duo Bicicleta Sem Freio to deliver a full-scale creative takeover, spanning indoor murals and bespoke brand visuals.
My role: I oversaw the complete production cycle, from initial concept alignment with the brand, artist scheduling, budget management, through final installation and quality control.
Life is Beautiful
A renowned music and art festival transforming Downtown Las Vegas into a large-scale public art and placemaking experience. The 2021 and 2022 editions featured colossal murals, immersive installations, and street art activations by global visual talent including Camille Walala, Antonyo Marest, Keya Tama, Leon Keer, and others.
My role: I coordinated logistics across multiple simultaneous installations, managed artist arrivals and accommodations, and served as on-site production lead ensuring all activations executed flawlessly within compressed timelines.
We All Scream
An art-led brand identity project for a vibrant nightclub in Downtown Las Vegas, featuring interior and exterior installations by Brazilian duo Bicicleta Sem Freio and Spanish artist PichiAvo.
My role: I provided production management, overseeing the project from concept through final execution.
ARkanvas
A statewide public art and placemaking initiative by OZ Art NWA, activating communities across Northwest Arkansas through site-specific works by leading contemporary artists, curated by Justkids. The program featured works by Stephen Powers, Camille Walala, Alexis Díaz, Keya Tama, and others.
My role: I coordinated multi-site installations across the region, managed artist logistics and travel, and ensured consistent execution quality across geographically dispersed projects.

I supported the production of the third edition of Ponce Meets San Juan, a large-scale music concert held at The Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico. My responsibilities included advance venue assessment, logistics coordination, and on-site stage management.
Ponce Meets San Juan III
A landmark concert featuring Puerto Rican artists and international performers, produced in partnership with The Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico.
My role: I conducted advance venue walkthroughs to assess layout, backstage flow, and technical requirements. On the day of the event, I managed stage operations and resolved critical last-minute challenges under pressure, ensuring the closing act took the stage as planned. My adaptability and clear communication were essential to seamless program execution.
